Brentwood Gym Classes
At the Holiday Inn Brentwood M25 Jct 28 we offer a range of classes in our Spirit Health Club. Currently on offer are the following:
- Spirit Swim Lessons available every Tuesday from 4pm until 6pm
- Swimtime Swimming Lessons on either Monday 3.30pm until 6pm, Thursday 4pm until 6pm or Friday 3.30pm until 5.30pm
- Aqua Aerobics take place every Tuesday from 7pm until 7.45pm, please note whilst this class is taking place the swimming pool is closed for recreational use.
